Kaeng Liang is a herb and vegetable soup. It is a tasty and healthful soup.
2 Tablespoon Kaeng Liang paste
½ Pound Medium shrimp
½ Cup Baby corn
½ Cup Straw mushroom
¼ Cup Pumpkin
½ Cup Zucchini
½Teaspoon White pepper powder
8-10 leaves Sweet basil
5 Cups Water
- Boil water and add Kaeng Liang paste.
- Stir the soup occasionally until the paste dissolves.
- Add the vegetables and boil until they are done
- Season to taste with fish sauce or salt, as desired.
Serve immediately.
