It is a clear and mild soup that contrasts well with accompanying dishes that is either oily or spicy.
½ Pound Minced pork
½ Teaspoon Light soy sauce
¼ Teaspoon White pepper powder
2 Ounce bean thread, soaked in water 5 minutes.
1 Teaspoon Fish sauce
¼ Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoons Chopped green onion
4-5 leaves Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Crushed garlic
5 Cups Chicken Broth
- Mix the pork, soy sauce and white pepper together.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the crushed garlic to the chicken soup.
- Put the meatballs in the boiling stock, add the noodles, fish sauce and sugar.
- Simmer until the meatballs are cooked. Remove from the heat.
- Add the chopped green onion and cilantro leaves.
Serve immediately
