Cucumber Salad

3 Cucumbers
2 cloves shallots
1 Thai Chili
1/3 Cup White Vinegar
2 Teaspoon Sugar
½Teaspoon Salt
  1. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, and then cut across into thin slices. Cut the shallots and chili into thin slices. Place cucumber, shallot and chili slices in a bowl.
  2. Heat the vinegar, sugar and salt, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat. After the mixture has cooled, add it to bowl of cucumbers.
