3 Cucumbers
2 cloves shallots
1 Thai Chili
1/3 Cup White Vinegar
2 Teaspoon Sugar
½Teaspoon Salt
- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, and then cut across into thin slices. Cut the shallots and chili into thin slices. Place cucumber, shallot and chili slices in a bowl.
- Heat the vinegar, sugar and salt, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat. After the mixture has cooled, add it to bowl of cucumbers.
