1 Pound Cooked roasted beef
1 Yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 Cucumber; peeled, cut vertically and thinly sliced
¼ Cup Lime juice
1 to 2 Tablespoon Fish sauce
2 to 3 Red chili peppers, crushed
1 to 2 stalk Fresh lemon grass, thinly sliced
12 to 15 Mint leaves
1 Green onion, chopped
3 to 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
4 to 6 sprigs Cilantro
Green cabbage, cut vertically into 2" pieces
- Thinly slice roasted beef into 2" strips.
- Mix together onion, cucumber, lime juice, fish sauce, chili, lemon grass and mint leaves.
- Toss with the prepared beef until mixed well .
- Place on top of lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
- Serve with green cabbage.
