1 Pound Pork
2 Teaspoons Oyster sauce
2 Teaspoon Light soy sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Fish sauce
˝Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Cup Cooking oil
- Cut the pork into thin slices.
- Marinade it in a oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, pepper.
- Refrigerate the marinating pork for 6 hours.
- Heat cooking oil and fry the marinated pork until done.
- Serve with hot sticky rice.
