Fried Pork with Sticky Rice

1 Pound Pork
2 Teaspoons Oyster sauce
2 Teaspoon Light soy sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Fish sauce
˝Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Cup Cooking oil
  1. Cut the pork into thin slices.
  2. Marinade it in a oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, pepper.
  3. Refrigerate the marinating pork for 6 hours.
  4. Heat cooking oil and fry the marinated pork until done.
  5. Serve with hot sticky rice.
