1 can Crab meat
3 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Teaspoons Finely chopped garlic
2 lightly beaten Eggs
1 Teaspoons Fish sauce
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1-2 Teaspoons Light soy sauce
12 slices Thinly sliced cucumber
2 Cups cold Steamed Jasmine rice
Garnish:
2 Tablespoon Chopped green onion
Preparation
- In a wok, heat oil on medium heat and fry garlic until light brown.
- Add the rice, crab meat, eggs, fish sauce, sugar, light soy sauce.
- Stir-fry the ingredients for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat
- Sprinkle with chopped green onion and fold them into the fried rice.
Serve with sliced cucumber.
Makes 3 servings.
