Coconuts, are available in Thailand throughout the year. If the chilli is the heart of Thai cooking, the coconut is it's soul. They are an essential part of Thai cuisine.

Young Coconut with husk Coconut milk is a prominent ingredient of curries and soups. The sliced or grated flesh is used in desserts and confections.

On a hot day nothing beats a freshly opened young coconut. The tender jelly-like white flesh and sweet juice makes for a refreshing treat.
