1 Cup Rice noodle (soaked in water)
½ Pound Boneless chicken breast
1 Cup Sliced broccoli or Chinese broccoli
1 Teaspoons Oyster sauce
1 Teaspoons Black soya bean sauce
1 Teaspoon Light soya bean sauce
1 Teaspoons Fish sauce
1½Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoons Minced garlic
4 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
Garnish:
½Teaspoon Hot chili sauce
Preparation
- Soak rice noodles for 15 minutes, drain well.
- Break the broccoli into individual branches
- Peel and slice the stalks into thin pieces.
- Soak the broccoli in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Slice the chicken thinly into 1" strips.
- Heat 4 Tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or a frying pan.
- Brown the minced garlic until it is light brown in color.
- Add the sliced chicken, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced broccoli. Turn it over a few times.
- Add the soaked rice noodles to the wok
- Mix in oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar.
- Stir-fry until noodles are brown.
- Place on a serving plate and serve with hot chili sauce.
