Pork with Mixed Vegetables (Moo Pad Pak Ruam)

1 Pound Pork cut into small pieces
3 Tablespoon Cooking oil
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Pound Mixed vegetables*
6 to 8 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
  1. Heat the oil in a hot wok
  2. Stir-fry the garlic until light brown in color.
  3. Add the pork and stir-fry constantly for 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and oyster sauce
  5. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked.
  6. Serve hot over Jasmine rice.
*Choose from the following vegetables: Asparagus, Baby corn, Bell peppers, Carrots, Green Cabbage, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, or Water chestnuts.
