Stir fried beef with mushrooms, baby corn, and green onion in oyster sauce makes this a gentle dish that tastes great.
1 Pound Boneless beef
1 ounce Dried Chinese black mushrooms
¼ Cup Cooking oil
1 ounce Baby corn
4 Green onions, 2" length
3 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Thinly slice beef into 2" length.
- Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes or until soft.
- Drain and discard stem.
- In a wok, stir-fry garlic in oil until light brown.
- Stir in beef and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, baby corn, and oyster sauce.
- Stir constantly for 1 minute.
- Stir in green onions in a minute to mix well.
- Serve hot over Jasmine rice.
