Beef in Oyster Sauce (Neua Pad Num Mun Hoy)

Stir fried beef with mushrooms, baby corn, and green onion in oyster sauce makes this a gentle dish that tastes great.
1 Pound Boneless beef
1 ounce Dried Chinese black mushrooms
¼ Cup Cooking oil
1 ounce Baby corn
4 Green onions, 2" length
3 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
  1. Thinly slice beef into 2" length.
  2. Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes or until soft.
  3. Drain and discard stem.
  4. In a wok, stir-fry garlic in oil until light brown.
  5. Stir in beef and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms, baby corn, and oyster sauce.
  7. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
  8. Stir in green onions in a minute to mix well.
  9. Serve hot over Jasmine rice.
