Thai Favorites Banana in Coconut Milk (Kluai Buat Chi)
A wonderfully simple dessert for those with a sweet tooth. The interplay of flavors and aromas work well. The taste combination of coconut and banana is delicious.
2 or 3 small, slightly green bananas
4 cups thin coconut milk
1 cup sugar
¼ Teaspoon salt
  1. Slice the bananas legthways, then in half.
  2. Pour the coconut milk into a pan, add the sugar and salt.
  3. Bring to the boil, add the bananas
  4. bring back to the boil for minutes and then remove from heat.
Serve hot or cold.
Make 2-3 servings.
