Thai Iced Tea
8 Chinese-Style Red Or Black Tea Bags Or:
¼ cup Regular Black Tea
4 cup Boiling Water
Ground Cinnamon
½ cup Evaporated Milk
  1. Place tea in a teapot
  2. Pour boiking water over tea.
  3. Steep the Tea for 5 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly.
  5. Fill four 10 to 12 ounce glasses with ice cubes
  6. Fill two thirds full with tea.
  7. Stir about 2 Tablespoon of evaporated milk into each glass
  8. Add a dash of ground cinnamon & sweeten to taste.
Makes about 6 servings.
