Thai Iced Tea
8 Chinese-Style Red Or Black Tea Bags Or:
¼ cup Regular Black Tea
4 cup Boiling Water
½ cup Evaporated Milk
- Place tea in a teapot
- Pour boiking water over tea.
- Steep the Tea for 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly.
- Fill four 10 to 12 ounce glasses with ice cubes
- Fill two thirds full with tea.
- Stir about 2 Tablespoon of evaporated milk into each glass
- Add a dash of ground cinnamon & sweeten to taste.
Makes about 6 servings.
