Thai Iced Coffee
1 ½ cup finely Ground Coffee
4 cup Water
Ice Cubes
Cardamom
6 fluid ounces Evaporated Milk
Sugar To Taste
Preparation
- Brew coffee in a drip-style coffee maker.
- Sweeten the coffee to taste with sugar.
- Pour 1 ounce Evaporated Milk into six 12 ounce glasses
- Fill them to the top with ice cubes.
- Slowly fill the glasses with the coffee so as not to break the surface tension of the evaporated milk. If done correctly you will have a layered drink.
- add a dash of ground cardamom
Makes about 6 servings.
