Thai Iced Coffee
1 ½ cup finely Ground Coffee
4 cup Water
Ice Cubes
Cardamom
6 fluid ounces Evaporated Milk
Sugar To Taste
    Preparation

  1. Brew coffee in a drip-style coffee maker.
  2. Sweeten the coffee to taste with sugar.
  3. Pour 1 ounce Evaporated Milk into six 12 ounce glasses
  4. Fill them to the top with ice cubes.
  5. Slowly fill the glasses with the coffee so as not to break the surface tension of the evaporated milk. If done correctly you will have a layered drink.
  6. add a dash of ground cardamom
Makes about 6 servings.
